Royal Clarence Lodge No.68
“One of the original Freemasonry Lodges in Bristol, but also one of the friendliest”

Our members

Freemasonry has always been proud of embracing a broad scope of backgrounds, without prejudice, discounting race, creed, religion or profession.

Our members come from a wide and varied range of professions, you may dine with anyone from a Brain Surgeon, to a Bricklayer, but you will always gain from each others’ company.

Our members are very diverse but united by our common interest, and current membership is 29.

Its not all business
We meet at Park Street and other locations socially as well as for Freemasonic Meetings.   Park Street provides the use of a bar which is open each evening.

Out of bristol
Here, members made a visit to Grand Lodge in London.  Part social of course!

family and friends

Embracing families, and the community are always encouraged.

A typical year will include a Ladies Night hosted by the Master and his wife with a meal, dancing and entertainment, a Spring or Summer Garden Party or BBQ alongside joining in with our families for social get-togethers.
